First Post: Vegas


Vegas has been done, is overdone and never done. It is the contemporary spectacle culture at its peak- phantasmagoria of entertainment + unpresedented urban sprawl. This blog is intended to catalog the research and thesis documentation of two students and a 21st century city :
Nancy Tang + Michael Manalo + Las Vegas

The goal is to conduct a post-critical research and analysis of contemporary Vegas and then derive two architectural hypothesies that will address its socio-economic condition or infrastructure.
